Heidi Spencer brings more than 25 years of
experience in the financial services industry to her role as Director of Client Service & Investment Consulting Services. She directs performance monitoring, group/account operations, and client relations for managing principal Steve Schott and consultants of CapTrust.

Her previous experience includes Department Head at First National Bank, Sales Assistant and Head Cashier at Kidder Peabody, and operations/office manager at Capital Mortgage. She has a background in business and finance, and is an active volunteer within her community.
